PDF printer stops

I am using version 1.2.0 on Server 2003 R2 Terminal Server. When user prints PDF, sometimes PDF printer stops and I have to start it (with F2). At the same time in windows event log is registered error Event ID 1112:

Printer Spooler service is running.
 
Any ideas, what might be causing this?

+ if I delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\PDFCreator key and log out and back in for a while it works OK again...
