Pdf to PDF : cut and past Texte probleme over the PDF

 Hello, i m using pdf creator for my user to copie directy a file on a path directory.

thats work good !

 

but i have a problem with pdf format !

on the original pdf whe i cut and past some text on my pdf i have this :

Récapitulatif du traitement

but when i m using pdf creator the final pdf i have some hieroglyphe, for the same texte.

 

can u help me to fix this problem please.

could you upload a sample PDF where this problem exists? Then we will have a closer look at it.
