PDF wird nicht erzeugt

Bei uns haben alle User das Problem, dass eine große Anzahl von Druckaufträgen mit dem PDF-Creator nicht erzeugt werden. Die Fortschrittsanzeige wird nicht angezeigt und die angeforderte Datei wird nicht erstellt.
Dieses Problem tritt sporadisch auf, meist funktioniert der zweite Versuch mit der selben Quelle auf Anhieb.

Version 2.3 kommt bei allen Usern zum Einsatz.

Hier ein Auszug aus der Log-Datei:

Ich habe das gleiche Problem. Bei uns werden die Aufträge jedoch nach einer längeren Zeit doch noch ausgeführt. Beispielsweise wenn ich das Einstellungsmenü von pdf Creator öffne.
Mit dem Logfile habe ich das auf "alte" Dateien im spool Verzeichnis zurückführen können. Darin heißt es

2016-06-18 08:27:48.6849 [Debug] pdfforge.PDFCreator.JobInfoQueue.FindSpooledJobs: Found job info: C:\Users******\AppData\Local\Temp\PDFCreator\Spool\9A49A3D5B2DD44C1A42BB735C7C51CF5.inf

Offensichtlich besteht ein Problem mit dem Temp-Verzeichnis zum Zeitpunkt des Druckauftrags. Die spool-Info wird jedoch im Verzeichnis abgelegt. Der eigentliche Druckvorgang aber abgebrochen. Bei der nächsten Aktion des pdf Creator wird das spool-Verzeichnis nach nicht erledigten Aufgaben abgesucht, der alte Auftrag gefunden und abgearbeitet.
Ein Lösungsvorschlag wäre meinerseits die Verlegung des Temp-Verzeichnis. Ich habe allerdings die betreffende Einstellung in pdf Creator und Registrierung nicht gefunden.

Vielen Dank für das Protokoll und die Hinweise,
unsere Entwickler sehen sich das Problem bereits an. Das Temp-Verzeichnis zu verlegen wird leider nicht helfen, da das Problem auch bei einem “frischen” Temp Verzeichnis auftreten kann. Es gibt hierfür allerdings auch keine Einstellung, PDFCreator verwendet immer %temp%\pdfcreator\spool.

Wann können wir mit einer Lösung rechnen?
Wir plagen uns schon seit fast zwei Monaten mit diesem Problem herum und sind kurz davor die Software zu ersetzen.
