During PDFArchitect setup, a screen is titles "Install MapQuest Toolbar" and then it has two radio buttons, but no text that says what the buttons are. Its just a plank dialog with two buttons and Back, Next and Cancel. Which button is to decline the toolbar? Seems broken.
