PDFArchitect not working

I had PDFcreator 1.3.0 where creator worked but Architect did nothing. Installed PDFCreator today,

Don't knowwhat the last word was as an advert is blocking the view and I can't remove it. 

the PDFArchitect now opens a PDF file but I don't seem to be able to do any type of editing.

There seems to be no way of selecting text to do any type of editing.

At the moment, PDFArchitect is only able to do page-level things like deleting or rotating pages, merge documents and edit the metadata (title, keywords etc.)

Hi Philip,

I agree with Facetious.

Also my installation of PDFArchitect doesn't work. To say better: it worked the first three days since its installation (merging documents to be precise). After that I only experienced application hanging and nothing else.

I tried to delete the installation and then reinstall: nothing to do. The application hangs and I can't do anything else.

 I have the latest version of Architect and can open and merge documents but I cannot save anything I have done. A little frustrating to merge a document inside, but not be able to save it to use it outside of the program.

Hi Philip,

downloaded a new version from the above link. Now the application works. I hope it won't stop within few days. If so, I'll tell you.

Here I am again. New version worked till few minutes ago. Now I'm experiencing again the application hanging. No system changes in the meantime.

Maybe PDF Architecht has a counter disabling it after some usage!!!

It definitely has no counter that disables it ;-)

Is it just hanging or do you get any kind of error?

Good morning Philip,

the application just hangs. No error messages,

I open the files to be merged, I click on "merge files" and that's all: no results, no messages; if I click again on any button, on the title bar I get "not working".
