after upgrade we tested the following scenarios (NOTE: server install):
1) if we go to the pdfcreator windows printer and click test page it spools to the pdfcreator program properly
2) if we are on the server and print to the pdfcreator printer it spools to the windows spool queue and then goes to the pdfcreator program properly
3) if we print from a networked computer it spools to the windows spool queue and then disappears without ever going to the pdfcreator program
Any idea what could be causing #3...especially since #1 and #2 both spool to the windows queue then to the program properly?
