PDFCreator not working in Windows 7/VB 6 application

We have a VB6 application running under Windows 7.  It instantiates PDFCreator in a program that creates PDF files for attaching to email.  When we first started to use Windows 7 all was fine until a few weeks ago when we started gettiing 429 error messages when trying to instantiate PDFCreator in the program that creates the PDF files.  I have tried versions 0.9.8, 0.9.9, and the latest, 1.4.0 and none has worked.  Any ideas?

Any help would be appreciated.

My previous version of PDF Creator stopped working.  I've downloaded and tried to install version 1.4.3, but I get an error message during installation and cannot successfully complete the installation.  The message says: "DeleteFile failed; code 5. Access is denied."  I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium on a Dell Inspiron 560 computer.  Any idea how to fix this?
