Hello

I just purchased your PDFCreator Server edition and it is failing to generate PDF. When I look in PDFCreator event logs. Below is the error I get.
I checked the forum and mentioned disabling fastwebview but this is set to false by default.

Hi,

sorry for the trouble. The FastWebView issue was indeed fixed for the current release and set to false by default.
The problem here might be an invalid postscript file. PCL isn’t supported by PDFCreator.
Do you get this when printing from any application, or only if you print form a specific application / service ?
If it isn’t fixable we will of course give you a refund.

Best regards,

Robin
