PDFCreator to extract pages from existing .PDF document

Can PDFCreator be used to extract pages from an existing .PDF document?  We wanted to extract the first six pages from an existing .PDF document.  When we “printed” to PDFCreator, it actually sent the pages to the printer.  However, if we test it in Excel, it creates the file as it should.

this is really strange, it should work as long as the PDF doesn’t use any encryption. Which application are you printing the PDFs from? Do you have the “print document” action enabled in profile settings->actions?
