PDFCreator use by US Government

I am looking into possibly use PDFCreator for use by my department, however for open source software, we are required to possess a maintenance contract; which is something I unfortunately have not been able to find anything about via googling.

Any recommendation/input/idea?

Hello,

which kind of maintenance contract do you need? Of course there a different levels starting with fixing bugs and ending with on-site help for individuals users.
