Pictures show grey border

I created a document in Windows Publisher 2007 and when I print the
document with pdf creator commercial printing option my pictures get a
grey border. haven’t had that happening before but don’t know what I’ve done differently this time.
Any advise?

Tried to insert picture here but it showed up as a “letter salad”.
