PDF Creator was creating blank pages from an Excel sheet with a graphic (Wordart). I isolated this to an option in Excel called Print high quality mode for graphics. When this option is not selected, I kept getting blank pages, even after removing the graphic. PDF Creator is working normally with this option selected.
I could print to another printer with this option not selected.
