Print visible area only

Hi,

does anyone know, how I can print the visible area of a document only.

The paper size of the PDF file should be as big as the visible area instead of A4 or something.

I don't want to define the papersize manually with the 'custom paper size' setting.

PDFCreator should detect the visible area of the document and use this as papersize.
