Printer entry

I installed (twice) PDF Creator on my system but in both cases the virtual printer was not created, so I'm not able to convert documents, since the PDFCreator printer doesn't exist.

What can I do? Any suggestions?

Operating system: base Winsows XP (no SP installed)

You need at least Win XP SP2 for version 1.4.1 or install version 1.2.3.
