Printer offline only in Excel

I have installed the latest version of PDF Creator on a new Windows 10 machine (issued to me by my work). I can use PDF creator with Word and Outlook, however, every time I try to print from Excel and I choose PDF Creator as the printer Excel says the printer is offline. I have tried other PDF files and always get the same "printer is offline".

Has anyone seen this or know how to fix it?
