Printing double to email or not at all

Users are getting double pdf scans to their emails, OR they aren't getting the print job in their inbox. Is there a log file or error that can be checked? When I watch the print queue the job shows as processed, but never shows up to some inboxes.

more to this - domain admins can use the virtual printer, however regular domain users (authenticated) are not getting their virtual prints - the GPO GP-PointandPrint is enabled, and set per machine - doesn't make much sense

There is a log in every PDFCreator version, you can change the logging level to save all events. (Further information: Debug — PDFCreator 4.4.0 documentation)
