Printing from webpage failed

I recently downloaded and installed PDFCreator on my Windows 7 machine and test prints all worked fine.  However, when I tried to print a popup from a website, the printing failed with the message "481 Invalid Picture".  I closed the error window and since then get no response from PDFCreator when I try to print and so now cannot print at all.

Is there an obvious solution to this problem?

first: 481 error is, or seem to be, an error of visual basic (seven) so go to microsoft support, please.

second: does it work on in or whith seven ? i do not know but i know that sometimes sites are not agree to allow someone to"download their pictures" .
