Printing hangs on message "Printing <file> on the PDFCreator Language Setup"

Hello,

I am using PDF Creator 0.9.9 and when I try printing a file (that contains a drawing) out of Archibus, I get a message that says "Printing on the PDFCreator Language Setup".  This message stays forever until I close the application.  I do the same thing on another PC, and instead of getting the message above, I get one that shows the status (how many pages) of the print job. 

I'm thinking there is something configured differently on the PC where it hangs...possibly something to do with Language and/or Setup since it mentions these words in the PDFCreator message window?  Does anyone have any ideas?
