I just upgraded to 4.0.1 and when I use print to PDF, and attach the printed page to a new email, using the email button on the dialog window, two duplicate out email windows open with the same attachment. This did not happen in older versions. Setting that can be turned off or something?

I have same problem in version 4.2.0.10. It opens Outlook only one time if I live default email signature as it is by default.
When I add Email action to profile and disable default email signature then my email client opens two times with the same file attached. This must be pdfcreator problem.
