As you can see, clear artifacts present in the PDF Creator output. I messed around with settings in word and PDF creator and I'm at a loss.
I prefer PDF Creator's UI, so help me out here.

It looks like the image was compressed too much.
Setting the Image compression to ZIP should get you an uncompressed image in the output PDF.
If you can't get a good result, pleas forward us the file for testing (contact form).
