Printing to PDFCreator creates .ps files under TEMP but jobs never show up in the monitor

I have 1.4.2 installed on a Win7 64-bit machine.  I have read all the posts I can find on the subject and have tried all the remedies I can find.

I have a very similar problem to "ilnik" in another post where there are 2 folder structures created under TEMP (pdfcreator\\ and 2).  The .ps files are created under the "2" folder, but do not show in the monitor unless I physically copy them to the pdfcreator folder.

I have checked the pdfcmon version: 0.1.4.0

I have checked that TEMP and TMP are same.

I have this on another similar machine and it works with no problem , so this would seem to be a configuration problem on the second machine but I cant find it.  Please help.

I am including the contents of the pdfcmonLog file below.

 Update with additional information.

The "2" folder is being created in correspondence with my RDP session id.  This is a remote machine and as I log in at different times and get a different session id, this spool folder changes.

So the problem now seems to be that the PDFCreator is not looking in those session folders (/2/pdfcreator/...) for jobs but only in (/pdfcreator/...) for jobs.   Again if I copy the .ps files from the "2" folders into the "pdfcreator" folders thje jobs are processed.

So in summary, the process is:

I am in Word for example and select the PDFCreator printer to print.  Word prints but I never get the PDFCreator diaglog.

I look in the /2/pdfcreator/... folder and see new .PS jobs.   IF i copy those into the /pdfcreator/... folder, i then get the dialog.

How do I get PDFCreator to pull from the sessionID specific folders ?
