Prn file created instead of pdf from online banking...why?

most likely the checkbox “print to file” is checked in the printing settings of the application you are printing from.

Thanks for getting back to me, Robin, but that was the first thing I checked. This problem occurred after upgrading to the latest version of PDF Creator so yesterday I uninstalled the latest version, re-installed the previous version of the program and it works fine.

I guess there is a bug in the latest version of PDF Creator.

thanks for the feedback, we will keep an eye on it. So far it hasn’t been reported by other users (or rather only if they had the “print to file” setting enabled).
