Problem during the deletion of a password

Hello!
With PDFCreator v1.6.0 or v1.7.1, I meet a problem during the deletion of a password…
Very easy to put a password, but when we wish to eliminate it, the document PDF becomes empty with inside this:

ERROR: undefined
OFFENDING COMMAND: eexec
STACK:
/ quit
-dictionary-
- mark

Somebody in you it already met this problem.

It does not come from the machine because on 3 differents PC (2 with v1.7.1 and one with v1.6.0) I have the same problem…

Hi,

this is a ghostscript security limitation not allowing password protected PDFs to be converted into non secure PDFs. You can work around it by first printing the secured PDF as image and then reconverting the image to PDF.
