Problem with latest download

I’ve downloaded 1.7.3 twice now.

Every time I try to create a PDF from (say) a word document, the ‘save as’ screen pops up for a second, and then my printer starts printing the document. This is not what I want, I just want it saved in an assigned folder.
I have recently installed 64bit Windows 7. The previous version 1.7.2 worked fine. I have never experienced this problem before. Where can I find 1.7.2 to download again?
