Last days all computers of my companies downloaded and installed an update of Office 2013.
After this, it is not possible to run in all computers the PdfCreator (we all have the last version). Why? What happened?
All computers are equipped with Windows 10 (home and professional editions). The problem is in ALL computers.
what exactly stopped working?
The only thing I can currently think of is the context menu “convert with PDFCreator action” or using drag&drop could have stopped working if office changed the way how they register the shell verbs for office file types. Printing the document to the PDFCreator printer should still work in any case.
We are still looking for a solution which will work for all OS and applications which are registered correctly.
