All previus releases contained Italian Language too...
Is the latest release a beta or this language was simply forgotten?
English Language could cause troubles my system based on Italian Language?

Dear Sergio,
only the new setup UI doesn't (yet) have an Italian translation, PDFCreator itself is still available in Italian.
The translations for PDFCreator are supplied by voluntary translators trough translate.pdfforge.org and the Italian translation for the new setup UI wasn't completed for the last release.
English language settings on an Italian system should't cause any trouble, but you can set PDFCreator to Italian in the PDFCreator application settings.
