It seems as of today Revoke does deactivate machines (state becomes NOT ACTIVATED), but does not remove them from any list. Activating the current machines is then not possible....
We have made no changes to our license server and no other customer has mentioned this kind of issues. My best guess is that your license had expired.
Revoke doesn't deactivate (or block) machines. It sets the state to 'not activated', which means our license server does not count it as activated, and you can use this free activation to activate PDFCreator on another machine.
