Save dialog doesn't appear

Hi,

I installed pdfcreator on a citrix (4.5) server (standard installation). On the citrix server itself, pdfcreator works just fine. In a citrix session however, the save dialog is not displayed.

I found a lot of topics handeling this problem, but most of them were not longer available or in German, which I don't understand. I used filemon to see where it went wrong, but I don't get any "access denied" or other error, that would cause the dialog box not to show.

Can anyone help me out?

i have the same problem

i have installed pdf creator on citrix. for some users it works fine but some user just dont see the save dialog box.

any idea's how to fix it?
