both isn’t possible with PDFCreator, is this question related to PDF Architect?
Selecting and cutting /deleting an area is only possible for images inside the PDF or by using the whiteout tool from the review module. Printing a selected area isn’t possible, only entire pages or ranges of pages. But you can use the snapshot tool in the free view module to snapshot the area and then print it from paint or some other application.
