"server cannot work up the request!

I have just recently purchased the E-Sign feature, ontop of the OCR + Proffesional we already had. Sadly, this does not work AT ALL.
Whenever trying to send a document, you are greeted with "Server cannot work up the request". This even happens when trying to self-sign a document.

Could someone please advise.
