Server option for Version 2.0

I am currently running PDF Creator 1.7.0 as a service on Windows
Server 2008 R2.  All of the clients are
running Windows 7 64bit.  I want to upgrade
to PDF Creator 2.0, but I do not see a server installation option.  Is a server installation option available
with PDF Creator 2.0 or a workaround?

I would also like to know what happened to the Server Mode option.

We attempted to make the jump from 1.4.2 to 2.0.2 and alas, no Server.

Has this been removed entirely? If so, what is the latest version that has it?

it has been removed from the desktop application but there will be a separate service for it in the future. Currently the latest version with a server mode is 1.7.3.
