Server Shared Printer

I am trying to test pdfcreator installed on a server and shared.

I installed 1.9.5 on the server and shared the printer.

Set it to autosave to a local server directory.

added the printer to a client and when I print nothing happens.

The server is 2012 r2 and the client is Windows 8.1

Are there instructions for setting this up correctly or steps that I am missing ?

Just realized that 1.9.5 must not have the server side components.

1.7.3 will not work as we need to save the documents as multipage Tiff grayscale.

Any recommendations ?
