Hi,
One of employee in my company use a PDF Architect, and has a problem, that program not verifying a certified sign in a document. If i click on that sign, it will tell me that signature is valid, but it will continously show a question mark on it. In Acrobat reader, was a similar problem, but there I can do forced "Trust" that certificate and then it will show me a green tick and thats all. On PDF Architect if i go to "Certificate Details" I have a red text "The revocation status of the certificate or one of the certificates in the certificate chain is unknown". There is also a 2 red triangle, one is on a certificate of a person who signed document (employee), and second is a cerifiacate issuer (Certum). I want that PDF Architect show me a Green Tick instead a question mark on a signed document. What can I do with that?
