Trying to run PDF creator on a non admin account while in lan, showed me a problem: Sending files to print from one computer on the lan to the one running PDF creator didn't showed anything, nothing popped or happened, while using an admin account everything went normal, this happens because the folder Spool usually can't be acessed by normal accounts (the path is C:\\Windows\\TEMP\\PdfCreator\\Spool\\), all you have to do is give access privileges to the account and you can print from other computer normally. Hope it helps, and on a next version the developers solve this easy problem, and sorry for the english.
