Terminal server is not reponding

Hi All

Here is my situation

We installed PDF Creator on Citrix based on W2K3 server

We run application in Citrix and once we output any document through PDF Creator then published application doens't response

Only we logged into that server then we might be able to save PDF document somewhere

 

Please help

Have you used the standard installation?

I downloaded standard version.. there is no other version right?

And installed as 'Server-Installation'

There is only one setup but you have to choose Standard installation and NOT Server installation.
