Hello, any idea how to debug this?

There is plenty of free space on the target disk.

Any ideas and/or hints?

have you checked the permissions for both the temp spool folder and the path where the files are set to be saved? It could be a permissions problem with either Ghostscript not being able to read the temporary file, or writing the output to the target folder.
