Tiff - Modified Modified Read (MMR)/CCITT Group 4 format

Hi,

 We are using Muratec OfficeBridge Tiffmaker to print a word document in MMR format which is then picked up by another program and incorporated into an archived image.  When I use pdfcreator however, none of the colour formats from 24 bit to PackBits are being picked up properly.  Even the G4 fax encoding (which seemed the closest) is not working.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
