To Frank at Team Forge - Mixed Portrait/Landscape Orientation doesn't work

I, along with a number of other users, have posted "Help" on a problem with printing mixed Portrait/Landscape orientation to PDF (I've posted twice). It doesn't appear to work with 1.0.1. Apparently it worked at one time with 0.9.3.

No one from the Forum has an answer. So I'm inviting Team Forge to step up to the plate and provide a solution or an acknowledgement of the bug.
