Hey there.
I have a user who is encountering an error when trying to convert images to PDFs. I have reinstalled PDF Architect on his device, ensured all modules are installed as well as re-assigning his license (9 professional).
We have tried right clicking the image and selecting to convert, manually opening the image from PDF Architect and dragging and dropping the image.
I've included a screenshot of the error that displays.
I'm a bit stumped as to what to try next so any suggestions would be welcome.
