Upgrade to 1.1.0 --Runtime Error message

All was fine before upgrade now I have an error message that I canot get rid of:

"Runtime Error (at 125:383):  Access violation at address 7C928C0B. Read of address 20495577"

I click ok, then finish and the error message returns! 

Your advise please.

We have the same behavior during the installation in silent mode by using the SYSTEM account (mass deployment) but it's random.
