Use error V1.2

Hi All

I have installed v1.2 when I try to print I get a popup "IntelProset windows configuration", it cannot find disk1, if I keep pressing cancel it eventually goes on to the print window but it does this everytime I try to print a page

 If I continue on I get error "-2147024882 (out of memory)"

Any help appreciated
