User and Question disappeared

Dear all,


I registered as a new user yesterday and posted a problem in German help forum.
But today I couldn’t log in with my User, and my Thread is gone. To be exactly it looks like ALL threads since October 12th have disappeared from the German Help forum (have not checked the English Help yet).
Could you check this?
And should I ask my question again?

yes there was a problem with our database and all post from 12.-22.10 are gone, really sorry for this, please ask again.
