V. 1 4.3 Install Error

Hi I get an error popup at the last screen of the Setup Wizard.

Runtime Error (at 285:383)

Access Violation at address 7C929F07.  Read of address 41504D4F.

 

At this point I'm unable to close the screen of the Setup Wizard. I have tried uninstall and reinstalling.

Haven't had this happen with prior versions of PDFCreator.

Windows XP with all current Service Packs and Microsoft updates. Can send you a screen dump of the error screen to your email address if it would help.

did you try with doing a reboot between uninstall and setup?

Please post the setuplog.txt here for troubleshooting.
