In http://de.pdfforge.org/content/was-ist-neu you specify latest release as being V 1.2.1.

 

Download is still V1.2.0, though.

When will V1.2.1 be released?

it is not released yet, as we are working on the last details, but it probably will be released at the end of the week or the beginning of the next.
