Version 8 create from scanner

I just downloaded the new version 8 for windows - to see the look....
in version 7 there used to be create-from scanner
in this free version I do not see this anymore. Has this been removed ? or at a different location ?

the support is also quiet.. I shipped multiple mails to get an answer.. al silent on the western front..
