With previous versions of this program, my letter sized .docs were converted to .pdf's in the same size. Now, in the latest version, the .pdf's appear much smaller than the source .doc's. Tried reinstalling to no avail. I'm a user, not a programmer, so please keep advice in layman's terms.

I want to enlarge this topic: I tried to print a document from pdf to pdf using PDF Creator, to reduce file size and make the document pdf-a compliant. But while the first page looks fine, subsequent pages are miniatures, rendering the document useless.
Considering that the New York State Courts Electronic Filing wants people to use this application to make legal documents pdf-a compliant and ready for efiling, it might be wise for this program's creators to remove that kind of bug.
Same issue here. First page looks fine, all subsequent pages are tiny little thumbnails in the bottom left corner.
Are there any solutions to this? I am having the same issues, and have tried the reinstall method as well.
