I purchased your program in January 2013. Got the key and registered. Everything worked. Some time was not used. Now if you open the program, you receive the “White Icon set”. Moreover, this window even close to impossible. Reinstall does not help. I am totally confused, because you can’t even use the free version of the program. What is the problem?

it is hard to tell without more details, so I need to ask some questions first:
By white icon set, do you mean the icons are now inactive and you cant click on them?
Do you have the latest Windows update installed?
Are there any error messages?
