I tried to install 2.1.2 version on windows 10. Installation works fine. I try to print from software and a sample page. Apparently the printer driver does its job but no pop up window nor file created. Clicking on desktop icon does not work. The same holds for start menu item.
What can I do in addition to know the problem?

My apologies for non complete information. The problem arises in a Win10 virtual machine under VirtualBox 5.0. I rescue the origin in a .NET Framework problem with 3D drive of VirtualBox. All malfunctions disappear if I disable 3D support of virtual machine configuration. This is not a solution. It is only a workaround.
