WIndows 2008 R2 PDFCreator service will not start

I have configured the service. After attempting to start the service I get a message that states the service did not respond in a timely manner and the service does not start. PDFCreator is currently running interactive on my login. Please assist me in getting the service running.


Also I cannot change my email address in this system. Please reply to butch@knorrpc.phelps.ny.us

please tell us more about your enviroment, which windows are you running and do you have the latest version of PDFCreator (1.6.2)?

We are running on Windows Server 2008 R2, using version 1.6.2 of PDFCreator.
