Hi,

    I have a single server with about 20 users that have been using pdfCreator on a terminal server for years. It has recently come to my attention that if one user is creating a particularly long report via PDFCreator, other users cannot get the pdfCreator printer to respond to print requests. I get the call at the help desk that pdfCreator is not working. When the long-running document completes, other users can render PDFs again.

    Is there a setting or some performance optimization that I can use to allow pdfCreator to work multiple instances or threads concurrently or is this a known issue?

If you only have one printer defined, then all printed documents will be put in a queue.

Such as the behaviour of a printer.

If I am not mistaken, you can create multiple instances of PDFCreator printer and make each user prints on it's own printer.
